GAMALSAN DELIVERY APP

gamalsan honorable eats is a ghost kitchen inspired by street japanese and asian dim sum cuisine located in santo domingo, dominican republic.
at their opening in 2021 they launch a delivery app from where you can order.
in collaboration with gamal haché and the team of modafoca we carefully intended the display

- the menu at the time was a 77 item list, we had plenty of trial and error while also trying to balance the layout of the different photos we wanted to achieve and mix with the colorful interior design, but the result speak for itself.
- these were my first interior design photos that were published at the magazine cover of arquitexto in their 113th issue

indomita is a gallery that gathers dominican local artists from different disciplines and promotes them by collaboration, they sell unique limited edition functional art pieces in their ever changing gallery located in santo domingo, dominican republic.

- the theme and inspiration picked for this indomita season was “pereskia quisqueyana“ commonly known as flor de bayahibe, national flower of the dominican republic. Hence the name of the collection “pereskia”
- the designers made a custom print to make dresses, shirts, smocks... the photos were digitally manipulated to create an eyecatching and colorful lookbook campaign that gives the national flower a modern outlook and exclusive tone.
